It’s possible to be free and be protected. In fact it’s absolutely necessary. It’s possible to have free will and still be cared for. In fact it’s absolutely essential. It’s possible to be vulnerable and make a legitimate choice to die. In fact it’s absolutely obvious. If you’re vulnerable to cruelty then the abundance of cruelty in modern society and civilisation will surely make you need to die like it’s done to me. However in modern civilisation there’s a hideous butchering of the meaning of vulnerable and care. Care and vulnerability have become reasons for cruelty to be done to the victims of this hideous misappropriation of meaning. These concepts have had their meaning become used to justify deprivation of liberty. Deprivation of liberty is bare and blatant cruelty. Especially when it’s used on suicidal individuals. It’s not care. It’s evil.
